CBC plus
The CBC is a blood test that screens for a variety of conditions ranging from anemia and infection to leukemia and bleeding. It measures red and white blood cells and platelets. QScout CBC also measures an immature infection-fighting cell – immature granulocytes – that are an early marker of sepsis. The first cleared QScout test, QScout RLD, is the only test cleared to measure immature granulocytes at point of care.
